A NEW SPACE + NEW HOURS

if you haven't heard or seen it yet...I've got a new space!

I'm still in the same building and I still have my vintage yellow chair

but now I have my own private space - instead of borrowing - plus much more room!

this means I'm able to offer more movement design sessions in addition to my express myofascial release sessions

plus I have more availability in my schedule:

MONDAY 3 - 7 pm

WEDNESDAY 10 - 2 pm [walk-ins welcomed]

THURSDAY 12 - 7 pm

FRIDAY 9 - 1 pm

here's a little post about the move if you're curious

and here's where you can book a session

see ya soon ✌🏻

your psoas + your fascia one of the biggest take-aways I hope you get from reading the things I share is that everything is connected thru the fascial system. we are not separate parts assembled together like a car. rather all of our parts are grown out of one seed like a plant. we grow within the the fascial system and the fascia is continually adjusting, organizing, supporting and connecting all of our parts. so when we’re in pain or feeling strong or unbalanced or just going through the...
