treat your breath like your budget

simply being alive + breathing doesn’t automatically mean your breathing your best breath.

remember, our brains love to be efficient so it will borrow movement where ever it needs to in order to get some air in and move on to the next thing.

although breathing is so much more than getting air in to stay alive.

breathing how we were designed is crucial for increasing our strength, decreasing our pain and refining our coordination and balance.

ignoring how you breath is like never checking your bank accounts. then it’s time to put new tires on the car only to realize you’ve never set money aside for it.

if only you’d been saving few dollars here and there over the last several months you would have been able to buy tires without hesitation.

now, you’ve got to borrow money from your vacation fund to in order to get tires. not cool.

it’s time you treat your breath like your budget…
